T.I.M carry out approximately 3 – 4 extensions per year so that we still have time to provide our other services.
T.I.M does prefer customers to have plans and planning permission in place prior to contact, although we are happy to point you in the direction of our Architect, structural engineer and private building inspector.
Our current pricing structure is working on approximately £2200 + vat per m2 for single storey extension or £3600 + vat per m2 for double storey.
So simply work out your floor area and multiply by either the single storey or double storey cost.
Our extensions include structure, upvc work (including windows/doors) roofing, drainage, plastering, electrics, joinery, central heating alteration.
Although flooring, kitchens and bathrooms are not included we are happy to quote and carry out any of these aspects.

We are able to offer a complete electrical service as part of larger projects we are under taking.
T.I.M has 3 inhouse plasterers with over 70 years of experience.
T.I.M is able to offer a complete plastering service as part of larger jobs we are undertaking.
Offering a wide range of high quality cabins. Available to suit any home or garden requirements, ensuring you have summers to remember with a garden chillout cabin. Or to utilise as a home office or well being space.
Additionally we offer base installation if you do not have a solid foundation to place your cabin.
